I’ve always been one to have an insatiable curiosity; an innate magnetism towards deeper understanding over what I have always felt is this conditioned ignorance surrounding shallow judgement and the imposition of superficial relationship. 

It’s always bewildered me as to how most people are so concerned with others actions but are not as interested in understanding the why behind the behaviour, yet that is the very question they ask themselves in relation to their own internal conflict between their intention, what they value and their actual action. 

I’ve always been fascinated as to why people are not doing what they want to do, and are doing what they do not want to do, and more interestingly the magnitude of shame, guilt and failure that is derived as a consequence that only seems to amplify this fracturing within and the repercussions without. 

Over the last 5 years of being a Mindset Coach to high net worth, high impact, entrepreneurs and executives, I’ve had my time to assert my own assumptions and subjective righteousness. What I have come to learn along the way is that it is less about what I believe to be right or wrong, good or bad, and more valuable to be a guide in one connecting with their own sense of morality and more importantly, their own sense of truth and their own experience of power.

I believe congruence is what makes a person powerful; to align with one’s own sense of truth, a metaphorical backbone of increasing strength the more congruent you are, trumping any form of affiliation, facade loyalty and fear-based commitment to another’s dogmatism, right or wrong, good or bad, that has been programmed into us from their own self-interest. 

We all live with the internal conflicts and fracturing that I speak to, and it is the very war within ourselves, yourself, that I work with. There is a causal faction to us feeling like at times we lose control of ourselves, because we do, and that is where I specialise. 

The beast within, the internal enemy, the devil on your shoulder. Working with this dictator of chaos is the key to your freedom and the key to your power.
